About Project

Yazen is Swedish-founded digital clinic focused on weight management through a multidisciplinary approach. When Yazen entered Spain, it was virtually unknown in a market with relatively low adoption of telemedicine and limited reliance on private healthcare services.

Main challenges were:

To position a digital health service in Spain, a market where telemedicine adoption is considerably lower than in Nordic countries.

The company needed to build brand awareness and establish credibility within this context. Developing a robust, distinctive, and high-impact public relations strategy was crucial.

Overcoming these challenges required a partner capable of transforming barriers into opportunities. LF Channel envisioned and executed the communications program that paved the way for Yazen’s successful entry into Spain, strengthening its reputation and making digital healthcare more accessible to local audiences.
