Maximus IVA: Powering seamless citizen experiences

In Q2 FY21, we refreshed the Maximus IVA landing page with the goal to drive further engagement. By leveraging our in-house SMEs and those of our strategic partner, we generated several thought leadership articles supportive of the key differentiators.
We renamed this capability from the ‘Maximus Intelligent Assistant’ to the ‘Maximus IVA’ based on the intent data provided by our strategic partner, on the search terms federal agencies are using when exploring their future AI capability solutions.
As a result of the refresh, a joint logo treatment was created to better highlight the partnership and the capability. The overall traction to the landing page has been 3k due to our paid social media effort on LinkedIn. Additionally, the social media effort overall generated: nearly 540k impressions, a 1.15% engagement rate to the Maximus IVA landing page.
