HealthNeem.com — AI-Powered Nonprofit Health Literacy Platform
HealthNeem was founded to close a hidden literacy gap for 80M+ Telugu speakers in India and abroad. Most are educated in English-medium schools but speak Telugu daily. They can read Telugu, but older or technical words are difficult to understand, so readers often rely on English terms written in Telugu script. No health website has solved this “half-English, half-Telugu” challenge.
HealthNeem closes this gap. Unlike most Indian health websites cluttered with ads and profit-driven content, we are nonprofit, ad-free, and reader-focused. Our platform provides structured health journeys — such as trimester-based pregnancy guides, nutrition, and disease prevention — so readers can explore topics in depth, not as isolated articles.
At its core, HealthNeem runs a proprietary AI/ML pipeline. It continuously gathers information from trusted government and institutional sources, applies a custom bilingual data dictionary, and intelligently transliterates English terms into Telugu script when appropriate. This ensures content is both readable and culturally accurate while improving discoverability through search engines.
Impact has been rapid: within seven weeks of launch, HealthNeem achieved over 100,000 user events, reaching audiences across India and the global Telugu diaspora.
