Gut Rehab Redesign for a National Property Management Support Website – The Loop Marketing - MarCom Awards

The Loop Marketing

Chicago, IL
We created The Loop Marketing Inc when we saw a need in the small business and non-profit marketplace for professional, attractive, functional website design and experienced marketing services that were inexpensive enough to make any size organization competitive with those who have much larger budgets. We took our combined years of experience with large firms and researched ways to make this happen, then developed processes that we have proven to be very effective. Another thing that we saw was the need for straight talk. When we would speak at events on the topic of search marketing, we would frequently run into business owners who did not even know what they were getting for their money. Indeed, it is very well known that there are a lot of “snake oil” salesmen in the industry, and it seems that some of the larger companies spend more effort on selling their product than making their product better. If you are a small business or non-profit, we want to earn your trust and show you our expertise. We believe that great things happen when organizations behave as true partners to achieve their goals. After all, we are a small business, too!

About Project

The Loop Marketing was tasked with the complete redesign of the website for Westward360, a leading real estate management company that is one of the “Inc 5000 fastest-growing companies”. The primary goal was to enhance the user experience, drive engagement, and create a digital presence that accurately reflects Westward360’s brand values and the high quality of their nationwide services.

Our approach began around a user-centric design philosophy. We prioritized intuitive navigation and a modern aesthetic, ensuring that users could effortlessly find the information they needed. The design was tailored to provide a seamless experience across all devices, with a particular focus on mobile optimization, given the increasing trend of mobile internet usage in the real estate industry.

We replaced the dated and too-commonly used stock image animation with a set of custom images using the Westward360 “blue swirl”. This made the site feel warm with images of real people while emphasizing the brand continuity.

Westward360 also wanted to appear more “coast-to-coast” oriented instead of regional, so we created an easy-to-use and aesthetically pleasing interactive map. This custom-built creation allows users to easily find the services available in their local area. This section was made easily editable in the WordPress admin so that the client felt empowered to independently make additions to their rapidly growing service area.

New services pages are now able to detail more about the Westward360 offerings. Some include custom iconography, some include pricing charts and comparison tables.
We developed a tailored content management system that empowers Westward360 to easily manage and update their website content without needing technical expertise. This custom solution ensures flexibility and scalability as their business grows.

The redesign included a comprehensive SEO strategy, leading to improved search engine rankings and increased organic traffic. We also optimized the site’s performance, resulting in faster load times and a smoother user experience.

The client was delighted with the final product.
