About Project
At Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS), we greatly value diversity and inclusion and strive to be a welcoming, caring and equitable community. For Pride Month 2023, we collaborated closely with CALS scientists and researchers to highlight their joys, challenges, goals and hopes as LGBTQIA+ community members working in STEM. The goal was to raise their voices and share their experiences and perspectives as LGBTQIA+ community members working in STEM.
