Since 1962, the Danberry Co., Realtors has been the most successful residential Real Estate brokerage in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. The locally owned Real Estate company was launched as a new venture of the Danberry Insurance Co. founded in 1919. Today, Danberry is the definitive market leader with annual sales of more than $1 billion and is ranked among the top independent Real Estate companies in the nation. Danberry's growth has been steady and consistent. In the early 1980s, Danberry became the #1 market share company in the region and has maintained its position as the market leader each year since. Today, Danberry has several hundred agents and serves both the Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan markets out of seven convenient locations. We are a full-service firm satisfying the residential and investment needs of consumers. Danberry has approximately 50 support staff serving its 350+ Danberry agents. The Leadership Team not only guides the strategies of the company, but also provides invaluable assistance. Agents needing help with a transaction never have to wait long with more than a dozen managers available to assist them at any given time. Property signs are installed and removed by hard-working professionals. Entering listings and chaperoning accepted offers is made easy with the help of faithful listings and closing administrators. About Project

At Danberry, we believe design should do more than look good—it should make life easier for our agents and more informative for their clients. Our Agent Marketing Kit, which includes our Buyer and Seller Guides, is a perfect example of how thoughtful in-house design can have a real impact in the field.

These guides first launched in 2018 and have gone through several updates over the years. The latest 2025 version is the most agent-driven yet, designed in close collaboration with our team through focus groups and ongoing feedback. Every section, chart, and talking point is there because agents told us, “This is what my clients actually ask.” We built the content around real conversations happening every day in living rooms and at kitchen tables across Northwest Ohio.

We’re especially proud that this update also includes a Spanish version—our second time doing so—based on agent requests. It’s a simple but important way to make sure more buyers and sellers feel informed, comfortable, and included in the process, no matter what language they speak.

Agents can access the guides digitally, in print, or customize them for their own branding. Whether they’re walking into a listing appointment or sending a follow-up email, they’ve got polished, professional materials that help them stand out—without breaking the bank.

This project is a great example of what’s possible when design, strategy, and feedback come together. It’s not flashy or overdone—it’s clean, clear, and built to work. And for us, that’s what good in-house design is all about.
