We are thrilled to submit our entry for the Branding Refresh award, which showcases our collaboration with Zenus Bank, an independent U.S. digital bank with a mission to go beyond borders. Zenus Bank approached Carswell Gould's team of creative marketing specialists with the goal of revamping its brand identity and online presence, in order to reach a wider global audience.
We worked tirelessly to create a brand identity and online presence that captured the essence of Zenus Bank's mission and showcased its unique value proposition to customers around the world. In addition, Zenus Bank also entrusted us with designing the concept and assets for its global campaign to launch the new metal Zenus Visa Infinite debit card.
The campaign was a resounding success, resulting in increased brand awareness and attracting new customers around the world. We are proud to have played a part in Zenus Bank's success, and we look forward to continued partnership in the future.
Based in Puerto Rico, Zenus offers individuals and businesses worldwide access to the security, freedom and convenience of U.S. dollar banking, with their funds protected in a regulated account. The global bank has operations across four countries and clients in more than 90 countries.
What we did
The team at Carswell Gould rose to the challenge of refreshing the bank’s branding. They created comprehensive brand guidelines, including a new logo, colour palette, design systems, photography style, vision, mission and messaging.
This established a secure, accessible and technologically advanced brand voice to position Zenus Bank as a leader in the industry.
The bank’s website was also redesigned to align with the new brand identity and support future growth and global expansion.
Global Campaign Launch
To launch the revamped brand, Carswell Gould developed a multi-regional campaign featuring the bank's new metal Visa Infinite debit card. The "One Card, Infinite Possibilities" campaign was designed as a "Campaign in a Box" for use on digital channels to showcase the bank's assets to a global audience.
The Outcome
Thanks to Carswell Gould's expertise in branding and website design, Zenus Bank was able to revitalise its identity and reach a wider audience. The new website and branding elements have received positive feedback and the bank is poised for continued growth and success.
