Shaping human curiosity with Fosfor

Client: Fosfor, an LTIMindtree company

About Project

In a rapidly evolving digital world, how do data and analytics products stay relevant and meet customers’ future expectations? That was the question before Fosfor, a division of LTIMindtree. In a landscape where traditional approaches are becoming obsolete, Fosfor’s customers found that the point solutions they had implemented in the last 2-3 years would not help them scale up for the future.

Fosfor wanted to evolve into a future-forward brand that could meet its customers where they are headed. The company wanted to do this by completely overhauling how it creates value for its customers, along with a compelling story to complement this approach and a solid communication plan to amplify this story.

We were inspired by its core capability - enabling any user to freely explore their curiosity toward better business outcomes. As we wove this into the story of the redefined brand, Fosfor consolidated its three existing products into one offering - the Fosfor Decision Cloud (FDC).

Keeping the Fosfor Decision Cloud and its future-forward capabilities center-stage, we propagated the Fosfor story as a step-by-step transition from the three products over a year, with a multi-pronged communication plan, including a distinct visual language, a website, brand awareness campaigns, and account-based marketing.

These efforts helped us establish a strong brand story - a fulcrum to launch FDC as a product and kickstart the journey to brand maturity. These efforts were appreciated by Fosfor’s stakeholders and technology partners alike.
