About Project
This campaign was created to foster an enhanced culture of appreciation and recognition within M.C. Dean. Developed in coordination between our HR and Marketing teams, this initiative provides a dedicated digital platform for employees to publicly acknowledge colleagues' milestones and contributions, boosting morale and connectivity across teams. Through six months of research, UI/UX development, and user testing, the cross-functional team leveraged employee engagement best practices and internal resources to develop a scalable program that provides personal, meaningful acknowledgements for employees to feel recognized for their hard work and contributions.
