FormFast Metals, a powdered metal custom component manufacturer, works with engineers and buyers to figure out how to save money on their component manufacturing. To attract potential buyers, a very targeted list was developed of key decision makers and then a custom box and sample kit was designed as an interactive mailer to get their attention.

The concept was to create something that would ensure that these individuals would receive it and open it. Ultimately the individual receives a custom printed box, where they open it, and inside contained a personalized letter, a quick sales brochure and a hard plastic sample card with actual metal samples adhered to it.

We designed a corrugated box to hold the metal samples and materials. It needed to be strong and was only sent to a select amount of important prospects.

The mailing was a great success, when in conjunction with the follow up phone calls, FormFast was able to set up multiple meetings with new potential clients.
