From the company’s beginnings in the post-WWII infrastructure boom, through the Fourth Industrial Revolution, M.C. Dean has been at the forefront of shaping the modern world. The campaign team engaged a team of executive leaders across the firm to serve as the 75th Anniversary Executive Working Group to ensure cross-company alignment on thematic priorities, and campaign engagement, taking an ‘employee first’ approach to build excitement and integration with our internal teams.
Themed “Transforming Tomorrow,” the company’s 75th anniversary celebrated our past while establishing the vision for the future, focused on how M.C. Dean is investing in advanced modular manufacturing and operational technology to meet our customer’s most pressing challenges. From messaging, content development, programming, and campaign branding, each element of the campaign was intended to reinforce how M.C. Dean is “Transforming Tomorrow” through advancements in modular delivery for advanced manufacturing and technology delivery for global enterprises.
The “Transforming Tomorrow” anniversary campaign focused on two primary audiences – employees and customers. Activities included social media highlights, employee features, internal communications, an anniversary gift, a Tech Expo employee training and customer engagement event, and an annual leadership report.
