Pavion | Consolidating 15+ Brands and Service Offerings Into a Single Brand and New Website
Client: Pavion
Category: Website | 13. Business to Business
About Project
CTSI was rapidly growing through merger and acquisition. As their portfolio grew to 15+ companies with a collection of different markets, value propositions, and employees, they were in need of a united brand structure, messaging synergy, and identity that would put them in the best position to win new business, particularly in large enterprise.
Hyperquake built a new consolidated brand—Pavion— and website, https://pavion.com/ to reposition them in the market, aligning to their distinct value and growth goals. The website's architecture, brand messaging, visual identity, and customer experience were intentionally designed to unify the many brands and services into a single ethos, value proposition and simplified offering of solutions to empower their cross-selling strategy. It has become the central location for Pavion to engage all current and prospective B2B customers.
With the help of this transformation, Pavion has successfully unified their portfolio of companies into one brand and grown more than 300% in the first year, doing what they do best -- connect and protect people.
CTSI is the parent company (one of the 15+) who has engaged majority of the acquisitions. Here is their original website for reference: https://www.ctsi-usa.com/
