About Project
Since 1991, Hamelin Trust has been a champion for the learning disabled community throughout Essex. Partnering with the NHS, they've been transforming care since 2022, imagining a world where independence, not isolation, thrives. Their goal is to empower individuals to connect with their community, build skills, and live their best lives. The new website identity focused on three pillars: fostering optimism and fresh starts, raising aspirations, and empowering individuals. A new logo, featuring a bespoke "me" icon, symbolised this focus on individual potential. A calming colour palette based on research in autism and learning difficulties, along with clear typography, ensured inclusivity. Any we build a completely new CMS website designed to encourage more donations by telling the 'Hamelin' story by connecting the audience with the communities they serve. The site is fully accessible with a front-end widget allowing users to change font-size, colour contrast, access zoom and magnifying controls.
