About Project

AgFirst’s new corporate, modern website represents the organization’s strengths as a wholesale funding bank and provider of technology and other value-added services.

Featuring motion graphics, video, interactive components and elements of their refreshed branding, the new is a departure from its previous static website.

AgFirst is undergoing a once-in-a-generation technology and services transformation and needed a website that reflected:
1) the strategic direction of the company, and
2) the bank’s historical mission of supporting agriculture and rural America.

The new focuses on their partnerships and the robust services the organization provides while also telling the company’s story in a compelling, interactive way.

The project was a collaboration between Cyberwoven and AgFirst’s marketing and corporate communications team, as well as every Bank function represented on the site. In addition, the Bank’s UX/UI team was instrumental in ensuring the new site adheres to usability best practices.

The website’s new features and functionality relay important information to site visitors in an easy-to-navigate and searchable format that is also optimized for mobile access. Highlights include:
• A timeline marking important milestones in the Bank’s history using original photographs from the Bank’s archives.
• Several new sections, including one that shows AgFirst’s community contributions and another outlining our support for young, beginning and small (YBS) farmers.
• An updated Careers page for prospective employees.
• A dynamic News section that allows users to search for posts by year and category.
• An interactive map of the AgFirst District that spotlights the Bank’s affiliated Associations.
• A variety of video content that helps explain our business model in a relatable way and highlights Farm Credit University and successful intern experiences, among others.

Additionally, the website includes an immersive main navigation showcasing their menu of products and services – from digital banking and loan origination to Customer Support and Human Resources – that position AgFirst as the preeminent funding and value-added services institution in the Farm Credit System.
