Team Achievement in Global B2B Marketing of an Affiliate Program. This includes digital marketing on search engines and influencer marketing on different channels. Over 25,000 affiliates have signed up so far. Every week hundreds of new affiliates sign up for the LeadsMarket.com affiliate program.
To explain this entry I first need to tell you a little about myself.
I grew up in a middle-class family in Tashkent, Uzbekistan where I went to a public school. My father was a Law School professor and my mother worked at a trading company. After graduating high school I attended community college in Los Angeles where I got an Associate Degree which allowed me to transfer to a State University where I studied hard to get a Bachelor's Degree. After graduation, I joined InsuranceLeads.com where I was part of a team that grew the company to over 100 full-time employees. I also attended night classes to get my MBA on a full academic scholarship. When the company was sold in 2011 to AllWebLeads.com, two former InsuranceLeads.com team members and myself co-founded LeadsMarket.com.
I saw that Affiliate Networks, also known as Cost Per Action or CPA Networks, often don't stay in business for too long. There are many reasons for this. To create an affiliate program that lasts for a long time I have created a Win Win Win Win strategy for the mutual benefit of consumers, suppliers, buyers, and the company. This strategy works. We have been in business since 2011. Leveraging my MBA in International Business, I helped to build a global affiliate network of thousands of active marketers from diverse cultures and linguistic backgrounds. Recognizing the importance of localization, I oversaw the hiring of affiliate managers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia to cover all time zones.
An important part of executing this strategy was not only to translate but also culturally adapt landing pages and promotional materials, significantly enhancing global reach.
