CubeSmart: Better UX for Self-Storage Leaders

CubeSmart approached DMi with a request to redesign their website to make it more modern and put it a step ahead of their competitors. To focus on the friendly touch of their customer service and the approachability/relatability of their brand, we worked with a mix of custom illustration and photography. The illustrations are to bring life and personality to the photography, which is needed to showcase the facilities and locations. Additional lifestyle photography can be incorporated and even tied into the illustrations to bring in the human element and additional personality. This was all done with a restructure of their navigation and an improved search and reservation flow to provide users with an elevated user experience in addition to the modern look.
