About Project
Cole Ranch is a 3,196-acre master-planned community in rural Denton County, Texas. The once-thriving cattle ranch and picturesque Texas countryside will soon become the homestead of tens of thousands of North Texans.
Rancher, oilman and civil servant M.T. Cole originally settled his family here in 1932. Located along Hickory Creek in the Upper Trinity Basin, Cole Ranch is a place of wildflowers and wildlife, as well as oak, elm and family trees. In addition to a 50-acre city park, two five-acre neighborhood parks and an array of outdoor and nature-oriented amenities, the community will boast one of the most extensive nature trail systems in North Texas.
A manifesto script, and ultimately video, was created to encapsulate the Cole Ranch legacy, brand and vibe of the community that is to come, ending with the tagline: “Settle Into Nature and Nostalgia”.
