About ProjectBrassfield Estate Winery is based in Lake County, CA off the beaten track from the wineries based in Napa Valley. When they came to us their marketing communication was sporadic, visually confusing, and had little sense of brand. After presenting a brand archetype and personality recommendation to them, WGM set about creating a brand style guide and translating that style guide into a consistent brand look and feel across all marketing communications. The email campaign, entered here, reflects this work and the additional best practices in regard to clear and concise calls to action. The result? Higher open and click-thru rates and orders increased by +186%.
