About Project
Connecting Educational Leaders To Ignite Technology Use for Learning
Team4Tech's global online community uses an integrated content marketing and communications strategy to engage education-focused nonprofit organizations from more than 90 countries. Cumulatively these member organizations serve more than 37 million learners and utilize the community as a resource, co-creation, co-design, and co-learning space that is focused on leveraging technology and digital tools to scale access to quality learning.
With over 1,900 current members, the Community of Practice helped Team4Tech scale our organizational efforts from engaging 50 nonprofit organizations per year to engaging over 700 target nonprofit organizations and their staff.
Through the Community of Practice, Team4Tech shares with, trains, and engages our target users more deeply and collaboratively than social media or web presence alone.

Through the Community of Practice, Team4Tech shares with, trains, and engages our target users more deeply and collaboratively than social media or web presence alone.
Beyond building an engaged community where membership is retained and co-design drives continuous improvement, Team4Tech takes every possible opportunity to weave inclusivity into our digital engagement strategy.
We’re creating a community that works for all learners globally. Selecting technologies, partners, and resources that are usable in low-resource environments is key to the success of our work.
As part of Team4Tech’s continued commitment to localization, our curation metrics review resources, partners, and tools to ensure that content, materials, and events shared in our community:
- Support learner engagement, student growth, teacher effectiveness, and/or sustainability and scale for education-focused nonprofit organizations.
- Model inclusivity, ease of use, and adaptability for online and offline use are reviewed.
- Share research-based content that is inclusive of research participants in the contexts we serve.
- Attend to localization and adaptability of use in different contexts.
- Integrate inclusive support materials and unbiased use of data to inform student performance.
